• I had taken a plan of unlimited TT and internet of 1GB/day. The due date is 14Dec.
• But from 29th Nov i see Airtel has disconnected this plan before the due date before prior intimation that my plan is expiring.
• Also, whenever i try calling customer care for Airtel, i am never been able to connect to the customer care person, which is highly annoying.
• Would like to request you to consider this complain and call me to discuss this.
• I have using IDEA network since 9years and had never faced this issue.. I had ported to Airtel in the month of October.
