Since last two months I constantly emailing to 121@airtel.com,121@in.airtel.com and also registered my complaint to disconnect my land line connection but no body is taking any active step and my land line phone is still on,to day I am vacating my office I don’t know to to escalate issue,airtel is not disconnecting my phone,
I will not be responsible for any payment of land line from today
