I have requested for disconnection of Broadband connection on 28 Jul 2021as this connection is no more in use by any of our family members vide ID No 134658476 and the same was agreed to by the authorities. When this connection installed at my home, I was deposited Rs. 500/- as security, which is still with them but my connection has not been disconnected inspite of repeated requests. They are telling me to clear out standing first then they will refund my deposit by cheque within 45 days. On interacting with one of lady executive representative from AirTel, she told me that my outstanding of bill of for Rs. 489/- will be adjusted from my deposited amount, hence there will not be pending of both sides and assured that my issue be resolved and no body will call me again and again. However, still they are disturbing me by calling 3-4 times a day and forcing me to clear the bill otherwise they will continue to disturb me over the telephone. Please rectify the issue.
