Text of Complaint by Rajeev Singla:

It is very easy to get airtel broadband installed at your home but when you try to put request for disconnection, then there is no option in their mobile app. There is only ivr on customer care number. You will have to visit airteL store for disconnection request. I underwent a surgery and can’t go out. Airtel automatically renewed the connection and charged 3500.
