Text of Complaint by Sujith Mathew:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using the Airtel phone and internet connection for many years. Before the lockdown started I was only paying approximately Rs. 450/- monthly.  After the lockdown started, they started billing me approximately Rs. 850/- monthly.  I already have a cable internet connection which works out cheaper.  If you check your data, you will come to know that I have been hardly using the Airtel phone and internet connection.  I would appreciate if you could discontinue your services at the earliest.
