Dear Sir,

This is with regards to my disconnection of my Airtel data services pertaining to 9600023561.I had been using the airtel services for the past 4 years and also making payment on regular basis without any delays. Also the payment was done thru billpay mode from Yes bank credit card. As per the last bill statement the bill amount was 425.77 and the same was paid thru autopay on 30/04/19. This month’s statement was also generated with an amount 8403.96 including monthly rental as I have used it in abroad .Now suddenly they are asking me pay some 1976.03 and when I raised for clarification they havent revert for my mail but disconnected my Data services. This is has impacted all my communications and lost some important opportunities.

Secondly Airtel customer service called in Mar 2019 and requested me to take 2 addon connections for free.I cross checked with them twice for this free connection they said 100%free.now they are saying only one connection is free for the other one i have to pay.This is totally cheating activity by Airtel. I NEED COMPENSATION FOR ALL MY LOSES.I had to buy new Jio sim today costing 400 including recharge to use the data services which is unnecessary for me and waste of time. Please look into it urgently and get me positive feedback.
