I have used airtel broadband connection under prepaid unlimited scheme and I am not satisfied with service provided by airtel. So I asked to disconnect the network. They have sent the bill for Rs.1065/-. I informed to airtel customer service, I am coming under prepaid scheme and also already I have paid the deposit amount of Rs.2852/ you can deduct the amount and I asked to return back my remaining amount. But, they have sent the bill upto 10.09.2022 (Rs.1635/-) and paid the amount but they have created lots stress and claimed the unnecessary extra amount. I want to create lesson for that people and they are not supposed to cheat any other customet like these
