I purchased Jio Fiber connection on 11th January for 7 months with 11,792 Rs advance payment and due to their worst service and internet speed I have applied for Disconnection on Feb 8th 2023 and still on 17th Feb the Device pickup is not done. Customer care was not able to tell me the refund amount what I will get on cancellation. their way of communication is simply worst and not at all worrying about customers satisfaction. Simply raising complaints and closing without any resolutions and again creating new complaint on followup and extending days time for resolution. I have multiple emails with jiofibercare@jio.com email ID.
