This is Kalyani.R
I am using airtel broadband connection since more than 5yrs and in September I placed a request for disconnection and they agreed and I got call from back-end and approval done .I was asked to wait for two days so that they will visite my house for disconnection and then till now they haven’t visited when I asked them about the issue they said there is no such thing and you have to pay bill for 4months…
I didn’t used internet and asked for disconnection in September month and now they are saying they will raise complaint for disconnection now and you have to pay bill ..
