Bescom disconnected my electricity connection for my flat because I had missed paying the due amount for the previous month because I was out of town. I have paid the due amount now for previous month and current month including late fee charges and shared it with bescom helpline email and number but the connection is till not restored. It has been more than 24 hrs since the payment was completed.
