Text of Complaint by Swapnil Suresh Barapatre:

I have purchased new connection from ACT Fiber Internet service provider but due to delay in services and other issues as well, I disconnected the services on same day by informing the ACT Fiber internet service provider. They said that my refund amount will be credited with in 48 hours but I am calling them on daily basis, there is no proper updates from there end they always stated that it will get credited with in 24 hours and also some time they said that I will get call from support desk for confirmation of refund but it’s more than 3 weeks I am doing follow up with them but still I yet to receive my refund amount. I request you to please help me to get my refund amount credited in my account. No proper support from ACT customer support team.
