The new internet connection has been installed on 30th July 2021 but I have been raising tickets to fix poor signal and frequent disconnections since 12th August 2021 but they never fix the Internet connection issue as a result I’ve lost my office work plus my child also couldn’t able to attend his online classes .Every time ticket is closed with a new excuse. I have opted for 100Mbps plan and advance amount paid for one year but never get more than 50-60 Mbps. No good response from customer care side. Several emails sent for solution and termination of internet connection and for refund of my full amount but no fruitful result received so far. They giving me time 1hr or 2hr again and again but no solution till the time.
