this is with regards to my mother’s connection. sub no. 1000942530
on 24-10-18, she had requested that her standard box be replaced with a HD recording box, and her 2nd connection which was HD remain unchanged.
this was completed with the work order and a tata sky technician. last week she recd a call to pay her sub money for 3 boxes. when she said she has only 2, she was told that “she did not all tatasky to disconnect the old standard box”. how can she be charged for a box that was REPLACED BY A NEW HD BOX?
