On the 27th January my mobile network has gone suddenly then i tried in many way but there was nothing happened, then on 1st February i went to jio store in hope that i will get the solution there they told me that my number has disconnected by mentioning (incomplete data information). They suggest me to contact jio care, i called jio care on the same date 1st February they told me the same as jio sotre’s representative told me, so i asked jio care, didn’t i get the same number as i had submitted the correct information at the time of activation, they asked some necessary information like (name, father’s name, addhar last 4 digit, pin code, adress) etc. Then they raised a service request based on my details and told me that i will get the same number within seven days (SR00001H8ZFX). After seven days when i revisit the Jio Store they told me that your number isn’t ready. Thereafter when i called the jiocare as well to tell them my number isn’t ready they suggest me to apply a service request again.
So, here is my appeal when will i get my number back, and as i haven’t provided any wrong information at the time of activation so why i have to face this kind of problem.
