This clearly looks like a retaliation for the complaint I raised and dint share the happy code with the service engineer. All others in the society are getting the internet and my internet stopped working.
This happened soon after I got a message that ticket is closed. As it was closed without my approval I sent a message to reopen. And they disconnected my internet connection. I will definitely move to the consumer forum as well for this.
This kind of behaviour is not acceptable at all.
