Text of Complaint by Rupinder Jit Singh:

I completed my broadband payment on 11 nov and on 19 nov they disconnected my connection stating no payment received. I have registered a complaint since 19 Nov, and they told to wait till 24 hour as they are updating from backend. But still till today 20 nov 1 PM issue is not resolved.
