Hi ,

I recharged my account on 8 march 2019 with amount 287 and I got message next day that your account will get expire  on 22 march.

 

Then called a tata sky customer care to validate that I have recharge my account for 1 month why it is getting expire on 22 march then your customer care desk confirm me that subscription is for 1month ignore that message.

 

Again after 2-3 days Tata sky modified my channel with out my confirmation and my channel got disconnected.so they go to modify page and modify your channel.

 

After that again on 22nd they disconnected my channel and I temporary recharge and when I compaint to tata sky they keep on waiting me on call and transfer to multiple then also they didn’t solve my problem . Also keep on saying your complaint is still open and every alternate day they (Tata sky) keep on call me and asking me to repeat my problem again and again.

 

I am fed up with your service . My complaint is open since 3 week and still not closed , my one month subscription wasted and I am m without TV channel since 22 march.

 

My last complaint I’d  is1E2PCJJL and I requested them provide amount 287 1month subscription with 3 channel which I did recharge on 8 march without fail and also asked to refund that 3 days subscription and extend the day counted from the date which they have disconnected my channel I.e. 22 march

 

I wasted my on Tata sky, they are playing with the time of customer
