My DTH services have been disconnected on 17-7-19 saying that the balance is less.
I have an annual Mega Pack which is valid till september 2019 and I have already paid the total amount in advance for it. In the month of March when the new guidelines of TRAI came regarding the selection of channels, I called up Tatasky to ask if I choose my channels & save some money, I WAS CLEARLY TOLD THAT I CAN DO IT ONLY AFTER MY MEGAPACK EXPIRES. AS PER TRAI GUIDELINES ALSO IT IS MENTIONED THAT ALL THE SUBSCRIBERS WHO HAVE LONG TERM PACK WILL CONTINUE TO AVAIL THE SERVICES TILL THE VALIDITY OF THEIR PACK.
THEN SUDDENLY IN THE MONTH OF JULY I WAS TOLD THAT MY BALANCE IS OVER BECAUSE THE PACK WAS CHANGED. THIS IS A CLEAR CUT CASE OF CHEATING BECAUSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE & PERMISSION THE PACK WAS CHANGED JUST TO CONSUME THE BALANCE.
Kindly look into the matter & take suitable action & oblige.
IF POSSIBLE MY CONNECTION SHOULD BE RESTORED IMMEDIATELY SO THAT I SHOULD NOT SUFFER TILL THE TIME THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED.
