I have placed my number in safe custody from July 21st for three months. During the end of safe custody i sent mail to extend for one more month. I have got the acknowledge mail for extension. But nothing has happend. I called them in Nov 12th activate on 24th they agreed to it. I did call again to activate for 24th again on 23rd .But they said it is deactivated. I am not sure what service you are running. If you are not progressing the request in email what is the point of having the email id.I like to take necessary action.
