Respected sir/madam,
I with my family had booked bus tickets to return home from dwarka. It’s an over night trip so I booked a non AC sleeper. The berth where I haved booked is not clean and also the inside light doesn’t have an off switch so it continuosly emits light, I couldn’t sleep all night. In addition to that paytm where I booked my ticket it shows I will have a charge point. There is no charge point here. When I went to ask the cleaner regarding this he is telling silly jokes, asking me to adjust. And when I asked him to change my seat he was very rude and told complaint to the travels. I won’t do anything. When my father went to ask the driver. He was very rude to my father, telling him to go off triggering an argument. The ticket is from dwarka to gandhinagar on 8th of October 7:50 from dwarka.
