Mera fon khrab ho gya hai Google ka koi service center nahi hai maine online payment Kiya tha repairing ke regarding 15 din ho gye abhi tak koi device ko pick nahi Kiya gaya hai muje bahut asubidha Hui hai

I am facing the similar issue with google phone. It is so disappointing that they are not bothered at all about their customers. I dropped my phone to the service centre 13 days back and their is no update when will I receive it back, or even if the issue in device is going to be repaired or not.
Please advise me if they happen to resolve your query.
