Good morning,
I’m saddened and furious about the way airtel Nigeria is taking my data and consistently interrupting me with their ad to opt in for free mode when I’m using my data.
Last week Saturday, i bought data what over N1500, just yesterday that i checked my data, airtel has taken more than 98% of the data and STILL WENT AHEAD TO EXHAUST CLOSE TO H400 NAIRA AIRTIME IN MY LINE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION EVEN WHEN MY DATA HAS NOT BEEN TOTAL STOLEN (EXHAUSTED).
For how long will this nonsense continue? What kind of daytime robbery is this? Where are we going as a country that airtel can be doing this nonsense and nobody sanctions them.
This is ridiculous and very annoying.EVEN THOUGH I’M USING ONE GIGABYTE EVERYDAY, MY DATA SHOULD STILL REMAIN. AND THE WORST OF IT IS THAT I DONT EVEN USE UP TO 300MB PER DAY.
I THINK SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO END THIS AIRTEL MADNESS. THIS IS INSANE.
