On December 8th, 2022, my account _nellyjayy was hacked on Instagram.com, which banned my Instagram account. I have a business account and have also purchased on Instagram. Due to the Instagram banned, I no longer have access to my account and I have reached out to Instagram multiple times to appeal my ban and have provided them with a photo ID as per their request only to be denied. I’m not sure if the hacker started posting inappropriate photos on IG to get my page disabled. I would like to give this as a written notice that I have reviewed the Community Standards and have NOT in any way shape or form posted any violence, nudity, bullying, hate speech, fraud and etc. to violate community guidelines of Instagram and would like to request your assistance in helping me contact Meta for them to regain me access to my business account so that I may provide for my family. I’m not sure who I sent my ID to and hope they do not receive my info and commit fraud in my name. I hope the person reading this email can help me or forward it to the designated person who can help. Thank you!
