Hi Team,
I am trying to connect with Airtel broadband team since last 2 days but I couldn’t.
I got a message from Airtel that my plan will be ended soon on 15th of may and it will be automatically activate on my number but I don’t want to auto-renew it.
I tried to find an option in Airtel Xtreme application for deactivation this service after my plan will be ended but I couldn’t find it there.
Request to you that please make this change on urgent basis and don’t activate it again after it will be exhausted.
If I wish to continue the airtel broadband in future then I will contact you directly.
As of now don’t auto-renew my plan and just disable it.
