Place order on 14th aug2021, on 15th aug received call from delivery guy (ritik Gaitam) asking about address details and said will be their in sometime. He dint come so called him around 9pm thrice but he didn’t answer, checked on Jiomart app and it showed me that order will be delivered on 16aug. On 16th morning called ritik thrice but he didn’t answer and saw Jiomart app it showed delivered. So immediately called cust service and registered complaint. They said you wil receive refund within 5-7 days. Same day i received sms stating partial amount will be refunded which indeed i received however its been 5days i am fighting with the store and cust service that when i dint receive order at all why was i refunded with only partial amount which is not even half of the total value. Everytime i call they say they will check and call back but never call back and also disconnect the call order no.16289380919384837A
