Greetings!!!!
I am a old customer with Airtel With having more than 12 Overall connections including few DTH connections, Postpaid & Prepaid Numbers.
Due to the same Reason i selected Airtel DTH secondery connection at my Place 10 days ago, they charged me Rs. 1004/- (including Re. 904/- Connection charges + 100/- Installation Charges) & Rs. 30/- for 2 Mtr Extra Wire (it was without new Dish) & they commited me 1 Month free For my 2nd Connection after that a minimum of Rs. 205/- Monthly recharge, from that day amount start deducting from my Primery connection account.
I called customer care yesterday asking for the deducting amount they told me there is no such thing mentioned about 1 month free viewing & I need to Mail about my Concern.
If there was such case of no 1 month free viewing why not even anybody bother to share the same with me as on 1st choice I was going for a Fresh new connection instead of the Dual connection (Rs. 1300/- ) they only convince me to go for Secondery rather than a Fresh Connection.
My Monthly Charges for Primery Connection is Approx 478/- Rs monthly & I was having enough account balance to use the same upto whole August month but now it’s just showing 9 Days Remaining.
Right now I am feeling like cheated by someone yes I know they also may have sales targets to Achieve but why waste our hard earned money.
The amount deducted was for my Primery DTH viewing only.
I request you to Please look in to matter or I am ready to uninstall the secondary Connection want my money back.
