I ordered a digital Watch from Amazon. It takes almost 14 days now and Amazon customer support saying your order is returning to seller without giving me proper reasons. The delivery agent or any of them haven’t called me for delivery of product the product just came in pune and now returning to seller without any issue. I’m taking follow up since last 7 days for watch, every day they are saying the watch will be delivered today only but not happening like that they refused to share delivery agent contact details directly to me and delivery agent hasn’t called me single time for my order. it’s just playing with customer. Now after saying the product is going back they are saying just reorder the product and pay how much price on it and Amazon will refund the extra amount I paid in new order. What if they refused to do so ? Just like fake promises from Amazon for my recent order
