Hi ,
In my tv not receiving Signal but alredy balance is there and I is showing insufficient balance and they are cutting rupees they are not pick up phone and they are cutting 15 rupees without telling if digital tv balance expired means after we are recharging they are cutting 15rupees so I think you can help me
