This company is a fraud company. They first told that online typing work should complete 700 forms in 15days will get 18000/- for that one time preses fee 3850/-. On same head of dept. From Digital team called and states that, there offer today pay registration half amt. Rs 1850/- will start work. So i paid amt 1850/- After some time sanjana one more head called states that , this offer Applicable for complete amt 3850/- to pay to company and company will return complete amt. 1850 & 3850. Based on that again I paid 3850/-. Within 5 to10minutes gap again called amt received, but that supposed to do two transactions 1925*2 , once complete that share screenshot immediately will refund all received amount. So, I told that first u refund earlier tfrred amt. Then I will do the transaction because that is not my mistake call disconnected Again lady called @ around 6.30pm and states that, I am head the dept as per company policy procedure we suppose show these transaction to their Finance dept. Then they cross check the receipts and refund complete excess amt. For this she has conveyance me that, am Head of Dept. our phone numbers company mail and work details already shared don’t worry we make complete refund, If amt not paid we are not able to refund strictly.
Again I paid 1925*2 two transactions. Shared screens with in 10 minutes gap due to their phone scanner are down and i followed her instructions made transfers. After that No response from their end. Next day post 11.30 they picked call and confirm that yesterday I’m meeting, and post 7.0pm office closed so not picked calls. And ur refund initiated will get within 15 to 30 minutes time and call u..she has told same story. It’s drag to till 1.30pm.
Suddenly post 2.0pm she called and states that multiple transactions (1925*2) not done immediately within the time line, there is a gap beyond 5minutes so, due to that we unable to do. Also told her, if u want refund complete amt 1925*2 transactions needs to be transfer. Against this reply I serious on this delay and denoyed to make amt. disconnected call from my end. After 1hr again I had called enquired amt refund states same story repeated then I told her I don’t have money can’t arrange my end first refund my amount arrange refund single Transaction 3850/- then immediately I will re-pay within time line. But not agree and same told system policy issue.
I fedup this issue, call Finance Ops Dept. Spandana, she told that right now busy call. Around 4.0pm she called and states that, I gone through entire details amt Rs. 9550/- is excess lying my company account which refundable to u, but as earlier call u have pay 1925*2 transactions within time for refund.. I said this old story as Finance Head come alternaye solution, due to I don’t have money, she has replied that arrange amt from some one, i will be on phone and support for amt tfr within time line and transfer transactions numbers will update in my system realtime basis and initiate the refund request full amount Rs.13400/- (9550+1925*2) from my end the same u will get within 10-20 minutes time, Finally this is the solution I have no alternate this up to you.. u can raise any complaint my don’t mind.. if u want money u do this or no alternate my self Finance Head called directly to help ur money received by company but process to be follow, Trust me to supporting to u to close the complaint i am there, make the payment will arrange refund before 4.30pm. Based on her words again falldown her trap thought why loose amt 9550/- she (Finance dept head) giving assurance to refund over all complete amout 13400/- within 10minutes. So amt transfer 1925*2 transactions asper instructions within 2minutes gap and shared reference numbers with screenshots. She told with in 10minutes u will get amt and call you. Till 4.45pm no call and no refund, my self called her she states that it under process before eod 6.30pm u will get refund.. no need to call me again and again, I will refund call u and confirm.. but no response and calls not attend so, mark mail to company whicj I had received from them for work activity. Simultaneous next day I had called but no response. Post 12pm attend call arrange amt by 12.30om due to technical issue yesterday not refund to you the same refund by today. I had till 4.0pm again said before eod refund will complete. Later on no response. Today based my mail called me enquiring about work complete status then I replied her not started first u refund my amt 13400/- then I will start work. She replied excess amt lying with us but will not refund unless complete the 50 to 75% work.. line disconnected. So, Pls help me to get my amt refund back
