I have availed loans from various lending apps due to sudden requirement of money and then what surprise me is the collection department of these absurd apps can rbi or any other committee put ban on such app as they charge very high and then to ask for repayment one day prior to due date and also the collection team harassed to such extend that they ruin the image of any person by morphing the photos and putting prone photos of the customer and also use abusive language please put these people behind bars
