I am using D2H HD set up box from last 6 years. I always recharge my monthly pack through using the website – www.d2h.com. On 26th May, 2020 , I visited the website where I saw option to change my set up box into d2h stream set up box after paying Rs. 2499/-.

I paid that amount through my credit card but after the payment I got a message there about the error . I thought sometimes when we pay amount online and if there is error message then get money back to the account within 4-5 working days.

So, once again I tried to pay the amounts Rs. 2499/- and again i got error message. Finally I paid Rs. 4998 /- but I had faith that due to error it would be revert back to my account.

But on 27th May, 2020, I became surprised when I got a message that I made recharge of Rs. 4998/- and it was successful and now my final recharge amount was more than Rs. 5100 which will be ended on August, 2021. It’s completely fraud because I did not pay for recharge , it was for D2H Stream set up box.

I immediately sent email to the company about the incident on 27th May, 2020. I got message that my mobile no. was not reachable so provide alternate no.

I provided 2 mobile nos. but unfortunately I did not get any call from company till now, while I was always in network area and I continuously received call from other people.

I tried to made complaint through phone too and for this I called a number which is available on d2h website but sorry to say after receiving my call the call center executive listen my problem after that he said that he is transferring my call to the senior which deal fraud issues but unfortunately I waited online more than 15 minutes but I did not get a single voice.

So, finally I decided to make a registered complaint here so, that such fraud which is a basic character of company , exposed. People get the things which he opted and such fraud managers should punished.
