I purchased a Samsung 138 Cm (55 inches) Crystal 4K Neo series Ultra HD Smart LED TV UA55AUE65AKXXL (Black) through Amazon order dated 30.09.2022, with the following invoice details TN-SCJF-1932276435-2223 with Cost worth of Rs. 45980/-. Supplied by DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, VSMC Logistics Park Pvt Ltd, 432/433, Pappampatty, Appanaichenpatti Road, Sulur (Tk), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu- 641 402.On April 30th 2023 there were black vertical lines in the screen the display was turned into black with out any visuals and the same was complained through Whatsapp Samsung service with the following ref No: 4369606731. In that conversation they said they are arranging technician visit, after a week time technician came and visited. he said it was rare complaint on display screen and the screen to be replaced with the cost worth of Rs.32,200. Since this was happened within the warranty period they were ready to replace the screen but i purchased with dream of big brand name “Samsung” but it was having rare technical issue in it so i thought of requesting the customer care people visit and possibly replace the TV with the new TV on May 09 and May 12 (Ref No: 1185776969 and 1185848870 respectively). There were no progress for about 10 days then again on May 18, 2023, i raised a request to visit as early as possible (Ref No: 4370786919) and rectify the problem. They said they are arranging R&D team technician will visit if replacement suggested we will provide and i was asked to wait about a week period. Meanwhile service center people were forcing me to change the display but i was very keen to have R&D visit. Since i was not turned up for changing spare parts they were sent cancellation request for Ref No:4369606731 for several several times. After waiting about a month there were no progress from the request (R&D team visit and replacement) i was forced to go for change of spare parts. then it was okay for three months again during 24 Sep (Warranty period ) 2023 it started showing some lines occasionally which was also reported with the following reference no 2391361039 through Samsung customer care (WhatsApp). Since there were no bigger and continuous issue We managed with that for about another three months on Dec 17,2023 the same Black vertical lines appeared and no display was there and again started breaking our head. i tried all means to reach the supplier by searching in google to contact the Dwantech but no (Mobile) communication details shared by them were correct and ultimately failed in contacting them. I spoke with the Samsung customer care people to visit and do the replacement twice (Jan1 Ref No: 1185776969 and Jan 12 Ref No: 1185848870). the Big brand Samsung also not in a position to replace at time , technician came and said display damaged you have to replace the display with the cost of Rs. 28000( Warranty completed two months back). Kindly help me in this bcoz service centre they were ready for screen replacement at free of cost for this time but i doubt about the quality of the TV and display because within one year it got damaged twice for which the Samsung have to Pay for it and further the seller were cheater it seems. i checked in online there were many cases against them in the online consumer court for the similar problem occurred in the same model likewise other products too.
