Text of Complaint by Vijay Saini:

My Activa Geyser bursted on 18th Oct 2022 which was purchased in 6 February 2022.
On 18 Oct I complained to DigiSmart Electricals and Flipkart team.
On 10 Oct at 12:40 PM DigiSmart Electricals team assured to arrange engineer for corrective action
But no action taken.
So I booked ticket with flipkart but flipkart also not support and 28 times my fault tickets closed remarks ” Resolution completed .
But since 30 days no action taken by DigiSmart Electricals and flipkart.
Also we are very scared as at the time of bathing Activa Geyser bursted. But after this incident got very bad experience from DigiSmart Electricals and flipkart as my product is in warranty period.
