Dear Sir,

I am transfering Rs 10000 on 02 Feb 2018 ( two transction of Rs 5000 on 02 Feb 18) from SBI Unnati credit card.

Now, I am facing lot of problem in using digipurse wallet created by me on my mbl no 9179874597. In spite of several request Your team is not  turn back and not given any written response to me, which is highly objectionable.

I want to say that when I am going to pay money from Digi purse virtual visa debit card it doesn’t work. whenever I am trying to add money for online shopping or using for any other transition it is not work. please resolve the problem immediately.
