I loaded amount from credit card to my digipurse wallet. Then i tryied to transfer amount from my wallet to my account the transaction failed error 10 occurred. I called customer care but they said that u can mail your query through concern mail I’d. I also mailed to concern mail I’d but there is no response from them.
