Dear team
I have added rs 5000/- in Digipurse wallet.
Wallet no: 4607730102651750
Date of funds added : Jan 27
I have written a lot of mails to digipursecare1@unionbankofindia.Com and I have called to customer care several times am unable to use my amount which I have added on Digipurse. They are not even bothered to give reply to my mails.And mobile reacharges and remaining facilities also not supported
I request you to take an action to initiate a refund request of my money.
