I had an upgrade of my sim card 2 days ago to a 4G and the card came with a bonus of 4GB which expires on 20th July. Since then, I have been unable to use the data. Rather my previously loaded data is used up leaving the soon to expire bonus. I am wondering why I can’t access it especially as it was the incentive to have the upgrade in the first place.
