BSNL plan asked for 777 plan with 500GB, 59Mbps and no rental ONT but refused to old n loyal customer. Given to new customers.
Given Rs749 plan with 300GB, 50Mbps but new customers pay less amount as even ONT rental charged.
Asked BSNL to enter myself as new customer and give Rs777 plan but no response. Complained on twitter n pgportal but no contact n response but overcharging to me.
