We have ordered one smart watch model of (LV Enterprises T800 smart watch & SIM card 4G Network Android System T800 Ultra T7 Smart watch), with micro sim slot, we have received the Differ watch without sim slot on dated 27 Feb 2024, we had raised the return request on 02nd of March 2024 but your team canceled my raised complaint without my knowledge and information every time again & again I am calling to your customer support team, till date we have not received proper solution or not received any call, Again & again i am raising the request for return of my that watch. also raised the request for call from some seniors authorities to discuss my problem CS team not connecting or not arrange the call back also not given his introduction properly his name is Mr. Arpit his kept my phone in side table also now answering of my voice, totally harassment service, IF MY COMPLAINT NOT RESLIVE AT YOUR PLATFORM THAN I WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AND HELP FROM CONSUMEER FIRM WE HAVE ALL THE CALL RECORDING AND COMPLAINTS AGAIN YOU.
