I have ordered a Canon Pixma Ink Efficient G3031(Black) Printer through flipkart from BuzzIndia Seller.I faced multiple issues with that. The product i received is damaged, having scratch marks ,Crack on Top and of same Brand i.e. Canon but model number is different (TS207) which is highly cheaper tha my ordered product.I requested to flipkart to return this received product and described all my issue in Return issue comment section with images.But when i contacted with flipkart executive, She said that i have to cancel this request and have to refile the complain by choosing “Multiple Issue Faced” option but there is no option provided by flipkart in my account.They are trying something fraud.I need my refund.This is my first shopping with flipkart.
