Text of Complaint by Ashish Verma:

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have ordered Apple Mac Book Air laptop from flipkart on 6/09/2019 and I paid Rs. 61990 for this and then I received the product on 09/09/2019. But when open the packet I shocked because there is no apple laptop is there in box, there is HP old defective laptop with not even single accessories except box and then immediately I call to flipkart customer care and then they told to share the pic on mail. I does the say and I send the pic of product on mail. Next day I again contacted with customer care and then they requested a return request for replacement and when whishmaster came for replacement they denied for pickup and he cancelled the return request. Then I make a call to customer care again and they ask for 2 days time to provide resolution after 2 days I received a call and again he makes the return request for replacement abd thst time he assured me that it will not happen again which was happen before and then after 2 days whishmaster came and then same thing happen he denied to pick the product and cancelled the request. And then I written a mail to grievance officer he call me and ask me to provide time till 20/09/2019. I gave them time but till 20/09/2019 I didn’t get any resolution even not received any message or mail and then I written a again to grievance officer and then on same day I received a call from same and now he asking me time till 28/09/2019 because as per him flipkart escalation team is working on that so they assured me thst till date they will provide resolution but today is 29/09/2019 and I haven’t received any call or message from them. I am struggling alot they are cheating me and they are making me fool. So kindly help in this and provide me my money back asap.
