On date 10/06/2023 I went to petroleum pump(BPCL D-defence colony) to fill a diesel and I noted diesel density is lower than actual and After that they refused to take my point but I have pictures of man n machine and video also of lower density than actual . so I want file a complaint against that issue for my consumer rights and want to take action against this.
