- we have ordered 3 items on 7-11-2020 . in the app is clearly written that cod is not available due to covid19 and also written that as you order within 2 days you will get your order details to your email acoount but it has been 11 days yet still there is no details of our order but they said payment is online so we paid yet still there is no refund or order has reached us. finally we searched legacyclothing.shop number and contacted and he responded to their will be no delivery and instead asking our upi pin for refund. how is that possible the number we contacted 9832913463 the custmor care .please solve asap this problem
