I ordered joggers from Myntra but since the quality was not good, I returned the product. I chose refund by UPI option, as per which we recieve our refund in a day, it’s been four days and I still haven’t received my refund. When I contracted the customer care, they told me I’ll receive the refund in 7-10 business days even though it’s explicitly mentioned that 7-10 days are only taken for bank transfers. As per UPI they say that the customers receive their refund in a day.
