I booked a flight with travolook and after the payment was made, I received an email saying the booking couldn’t go through and the amount will be refunded in 15 working days.
I also called in to confirm the same but even after almost 3 months I have not received the money and further they have also blocked my number so to check with them I have to make a call from a new number everytime and they block that new one as well after the call.
They are still saying that the money will be refunded in 15 days but it’s already more than 3 months
