Text of Complaint by Payunidhi Mech:

My flight was cancelled due to lockdown. I was requesting for a refund since June. They also replied me to give my money back. I also got an email asking for my bank details to (cs-travel@flipkart.com). But the problem is whenever I tried to send my bank details to that particular email address, the I was unsuccessful everytime. The booking status in the flipkart booking section is also showing as refunded. But I haven’t received my refund yet.
