Hi Airtel Team,
On 14th June, I created the request to install Airtel Xtream fibre, I received a message from Airtel to contact this person(Anil Kumar JN 08048258554, whatsapp- 6363371851).
He came and told me that the Airtel Box is fully filled and a new Box will be installed then you will get the connection. He also confirmed that it will be done within 48hrs. He then initiated the connection process and shared the link to pay Rs 2001. I have paid the amount.
Then After 3 days on 17th June, Technician came and told same word that the box is filled and we need more 3 to 4 days to put new box, then I asked to cancel the request and refund my money. He confirmed that they will cancel it and initiate the refund process. But, it’s been 4 days now, we haven’t received any message from Airtel about refund initiation. I have called Anil multiple times and all time he is saying we will initiate it. I have asked his manager’s number( Vijaykumar 7022620119) but he is such a careless person, didn’t pick up the call even once.
