My earlier recharge was expiring on 13 feb 2022 so I recharge my number 8830807247 on 13 Feb 2022 via Amazon Pay. It got reflected in Airtel thanks app as it showed “28 days left” on the app but it didn’t updated data remaining and was showing “0 mb left” that means I didn’t received any data on day 1 of recharge. It was counting 13 feb 2022 as 1st day of recharge. Also ‘net’ was not working after the recharge.
So I want you to look in the matter.
