Hi. This issue is there for around 6 months. I have recharged my mobile number with a prepaid plan of ₹449 & ₹558 which includes one months of prime video mobile edition. I was never able to access it in the airtel thanks discover or anywhere in the app. I’m not able to contact customer care through 121 or 198. Also, this issue wasn’t listed in the app. I’ve attached a screenshot of what would come if i click on discover. It treats as if i haven’t payed, but now it’s months after paying. I receive messages saying that my account has been credited with one month pvme and tells me to click on the link airtel.in/pvme, but it just takes me back to the screenshot. My mobile number is 6383596300. I request you to kindly take action regarding this by crediting 6 months of pvme (coz this ain’t the 1st time) or ₹1000 as a compensation. Thank you.
