I have ordered earbuds from amazon. Bearing order id 407-1596865-0464340 on 22-Feb-2021 worth rs 1,999
I didn’t recieve my item. I gave the complaint regarding the same to amazon team. They gave a reply that the item is fulfilled product and fulfilled products doesn’t have issues of that type.
I sent them the package weight matching freight weight. Not considering my proof I asked for the proof from their side which they denied to show.
Please consider my problem
